Heirloom Portraits
Two years ago, inspired by my beloved dog Tallulah, I set out to create timeless portraits that celebrate the ones we hold dearest. My goal was simple: to craft artwork that could take pride of place in your home and seamlessly complement any collection.
When an acquaintance asked for a portrait of her baby, it reinforced how deeply our pets, like our children, are part of our lives. These heirloom portraits are a tribute to that bond, capturing the spirit of those we cherish in a way that speaks to generations.
Choosing the Perfect Photo for Your Portrait
We want your portrait to be as stunning as possible! To make it easy for you, we’ve created this simple guide to help you choose the most appropriate photo for your selected design.
Key Features of an Ideal Photo:
- Bright, natural lighting: Ensure the image is well-lit with minimal shadows.
- At your pet's eye level: The photo should capture your pet from their perspective.
- Focus on the face: A clear, close-up headshot works best.
- Crisp and sharp: The photo should be high-quality, with no blurriness.
- Engaging pose: Your pet should be facing the camera or looking slightly to the side.
What Makes a Photo Unsuitable?
Your photo may not work well if:
- The resolution is too low, resulting in pixelation.
- The lighting is poor, making it hard to see details.
- The subject is too far away or partially obscured.
- Blurry Images
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for photos that don’t meet these requirements. If your uploaded image doesn’t match our guidelines, we might ask you to provide a replacement.
